No-one in Liverpool calls it Home Bargains!! It has always been and will always be known as Home & Bargain!

:nods: and in Winsford, Cheshire where my Mum used to work, it was known as Habs (short for home and bargains, I assume). We still call is Habs, almost 100 miles south now!

They re-branded years ago so not sure why people still refer to it as Home & Bargain!

Yep, when I was a teenager in the 90's I used to go the home and bargain for chocolate options sachets mmmm. I still call it home and bargain, and my kids do too;)

Totally agree. Been shopping in Home & Bargain for years. I would also say that it was East Lancs road, which incidentally is a massive store and right next door to their distribution centre.

Got to admit everyone I know here in Liverpool refers to it as Home and Bargain, but don't care what its called am tickled about the heads up over the doll - perfect for my granddaughter for Christmas, had already bought her a washing machine for playing with in the bath, so doll adds to the fun, and found this for grandson http://www.homebargains.co.uk/products/1573-dragons-universe-ultimate-action-dragon-destroyer.aspx at 6 anything noisy and horrible he loves and makes a change from cars, I never think of looking on line at this store, so thanks to the person who posted about the doll.
