At Home Bargains in Gateshead Anton Berg chocolates , apricot in brandy £2. 49 and I think the other one was plum in madeira £1.99. I looked to see if they were smaller boxes as they sell for £4 + in Fenwicks . They're exactly the same . :D

I got strawberry in champagne today. Not tried them yet after having a 99p bag of Thorntons for lunch and feeling rather sick and guilty.

Smokey the Firetruck £29.99 in Telford.

Same price in Smyths but not everyone has a local one of those. I admit I bought Stinky the Garbage Truck a couple of years ago and it was loud and irritating so wouldn't get another one.

Home Bargains Llandudno have sealed packs of an Oral B toothbrush and Pro-Expert Clean Mint toothpaste for £1.99. It says that the rrp is over £7.00, but the toothpaste alone is normally £3.49 so I'm not sure where they got that from. Still a decent saving with the toothbrush though.

They also had some blocks of florist's wet foam for 79p.

Fireman Sam magnetic scribbler £5.99 compared to £10-£15 everywhere else.

Interactive Chuggington £2.99 instead of £6.99 in the supermarkets.

Learning Curve Thomas the Tank wooden railway £1.49 (limited character range mind...) instead of £6.99 from ELC/Amazon

Toy Story 6inch plastic figures £3.99 instead of the £8.99 they are (over) priced at in Tesco.

Has to be the best shop for stocking fillers!

Just realised I haven't posted this on here!

Touchscreen gloves, VERY thick indeed and a generous size, these are much much better than the poundland ones and are £1.49 in my local (Longton).
I believe HB do 2 sets of touchscreen gloves, the ones on hangers and the ones in boxes above. The hanger ones are nowhere near as decent as the boxed ones.

These were with the mens PJ Bottoms/Electrical items in my local.
    :)

Was just about to post about these, I picked some up earlier in the week and they seem very good quality. Can't be bad for £1.49!

Tried for these in Stroud today, but they didn't have the boxed ones. Eventually found the hanging ones (except they weren't hanging-just on a shelf loose) which are 99p. Had black or white ones and they are on the bottom shelf with DS accessories (I think!) on the end of an isle by the tills.

Also had nice Keep Calm & Carry On boxed mugs for 99p or Keep Calm & Drink Coffee lidded travel mugs (£1.99)

Travel mugs are a great deal as Debenhams are selling similar (or maybe even the same ones?!) for £8!
