  • Home Bargains Liscard, had Kronenberg 'Cranberry & Cinnamon' flavour cider for £1.00 per bottle. In the supermarkets the best offer I've seen is 3 for £5 so it's a good price.

  • It's not sad - I felt just the same (actually that just means I'm sad too doesn't it :o!). The store is great, the staff are friendly and I bet you come away with lots of goodies.

    Ive decided we arent sad, we're awesome. :D Reading was BRILLIANT! I spent FAR too much! I got
    Several Dr Who sets (£5.99 each, originally £29.99 last year at Argos etc!!)
    A spy camera (£7.99)
    Richard Hammond science set (£4.99)
    A couple of flower shaped lipbalms (39p each)
    Two Lee Stafford perfumes (had to get 50ml as they didnt have the version i liked in 30ml, £2.99 bargain though!)
    Vaseline big tin with 3 minis inside £4 something? (retro tin which is £6 in tesco etc and new out)
    Olympic mascot jellies 39p
    Olympic choc lollies 5 for £1
    Wrapping paper 2 for £1
    And loads more I cant remember lol! Great store. :)

    Can anyone tell me how often they get new stock in? How often do most of you Home Bargains fans pop in to your local stores?!

    Flower lip balms 39p (as mentioned above) these are £2.99 when you look at the online address on the bottom of them! They had red rose, lily and sunflower in my local. Got a few for stocking fillers!
    No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!
    £1 in sealed pot for each UU (2011 135/500:D) 2012 have UU 130/400 (never realised I had a mini chemist under my bed!!!) :rotfl:2013 UU 156/350. 2014 UU 197/250 2015 UU 16/100

    Nursing is a work of heart by angels in comfortable shoes!!! :)

    Not sure how often they get stock in, but they seem to being filling up the shelves constantly at ours. You have to go in everyday, to see what else they bring out. :eek:

    i got a lovely cath kidston-esque pyjama set from Home & Bargains last week. Just as good quality as La Senza, if not better and about 7/8 quid (same as primark but nicer design than theirs) but worth it as it's lovely. No-one would ever know they weren't actually Cath Kidston.
