  • Bought a nice 'country style' doormat for £3.99 - 40x70cm rubber-backed coir printed with "Welcome to our home" and two little birds. They had a couple of other designs also but I didn't really pay attention to those.

375g selection pack of Cadbury's Fingers for £1.99.
Contains 125g each of the Bournville (dark), Dairy Milk (milk choc) and Dream (white choc) coated fingers. Bought a couple of boxes to put away for Christmas but I doubt they'll make it to Halloween! :)

Also bought a couple of battery-operated pocket torches for 99p each. Metal with a coloured finish and 9 LEDs. Really bright and smart looking too. They have quite a narrow beam which can't be adjusted but they're great for the price!

Do you live in Reading? I have been hopping with excitement for a few weeks when I found out there was a store opening in Reading. I went yesterday - I can now read this thread without feeling sick with envy and instead wonder when I can next justify a trip!!

Can anyone tell me how often stock changes?!

    Jada90 have a great trip ;).

Has anyone seen these on the toy section for 99p????

Im kicking myself i saw them and thought wow 99p how good, i'll come back and get some of them when i have more time and storage space for presents. Went back 2days later all gone.

Very good bargain for presents for kids bdays, i just paid £9.99 off amazon and there no diferent, all the latest craze with the 8-10 year olds (so im told) x

Not in HB no, but they did have a set in B&M when I went in. It was a stunt bike and ramp and I think it was about £1.99 from memory. They may have had more, I only noticed it because there were a few near the entrance.

Yes they are 89p for ten. I looked on ebay last year and they did work out slightly cheaper if you bought more - ebay also did them in white.
  • Info for anyone that may have a link to a school. Every HB store will "adopt" 1 local school, & will supply them with products to sell & raise money. Just go instore & speak with the manager. :T
If you have a new store opening near you get in quick! ;)
