Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knew of any car hire company that didn't include a young driver surcharge, or, if so, a cheap one!
I am 23 and will just be wanting an economy vehicle for a few days from Heathrow Airport. Young driver surcharge can be £15 per day or more!
