thanks for the email address, i have also emailed him in the hopes of a response.
There are two white cables boxes which were supplied, one has a square connection (sorry i dont know any of the names) and a rectangular connection, this fits into the box on the wall. There is also a box with two rectangular connections which fit into the first box (which should not be there so i am not sure why they supplied it). Basically i think it is for additional phones or connections or whatever but when you plug something into it this box doesnt work.. which is why it took me so long to figure it out as i assumed that if it was there, surely it must be for being used. Apparently not.0 -
I got as far as dust on the porch and gave up.
Rain will remove it easily enough.0 -
Well it has done nothing but rain practically for the past three weeks since this was done and it is still there. As obvious as the day it was done.

When I had Sky installed the guy asked if he could drill a hole in the wall, I looked at him as if to say 'what are you going to do if I say no?' Do what you want mate, was my answer, I just want to watch TV.
He said some people complain about holes and cables! I suppose they could always put the TV in the garden?
as it is too high to reach by ladder

Not quite understanding your description. Which of your two boxes is this one?
I'm just wondering because it is necessary for the broadband.0
