Thank you paul666 for raising this thread with Cavendish and to Cavendish themselves for clarifying the annual charge. It's good to hear it from the horse's mouth! Most helpful.
The website could be a lot clearer generally, and the example tables on http://www.cavendishonline.co.uk/COL/RCSpage.htm could show more information to highlight the potential savings. May I suggest additional columns showing the 0.5% renewal commission and Cavendish's charge (£10 each year). Then people can see that:
Renewal commission - Cavendish charge = Cavendish Commission to Client0
