I bought DDR2 as per Crucial for N150 plus (sammy says some does take ddr3)

I have a netbook, but the screen is too small; that's the problem with netbooks.

I prefer to use an older mini-notebook laptop instead; it's a Thinkpad X41 http://www.zdnet.co.uk/reviews/ultraportables/2005/07/05/thinkpad-x41-39207255/ and cost me £80. There are newer, faster models if you want something more up to date.

The machine to which I linked takes DDR3. I didn't want to OP to become confused, so emphasised it.

I got a samsung n150 from ebay PC world for £110 a couple of months ago, they usually appear 2 or 3 times a month.

How does the N150 compare to the NC10?

I have the NC10 and am thinking of getting a new netbook, probably pass the NC10 onto the kids as their pc has died,

There are different versions, some take DDR2, others DDR3. Mine has DDR3 and Bluetooth.

So it depends on the model chosen.
