A contract simply means that you're obliged to keep paying for the total of 18/24 months. It doesn't mean that they're breaking any rules by billing you once your contract is ended. Like mobile phone contracts, they carry on after the contract has ended, but you're free to leave them, renew your contract with a new phone or just keep on using your current phone out of contract.

Basically, contracts don't end after the minimum term. They keep going on a monthly basis until you cancel or upgrade.

    Hi chazzle,

The answers above from alexdrans and Techhead are exactly right. You have a commitment with us as part of your agreement but that is just the minimum term. After that, it is your choice to either continue as you are, proceed with an upgrade or cancel the contract.

If you wish to discuss these options, drop me an email to the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject and I will be happy to help further.

    Kind regards,
