Hi
I'm looking for suggestions for a broadband provider via BT line that will enable me to have a monthly contract for at most six months to cover me whilst I'm in rented accommodation. I live in Dundee area.
Any ideas - I'm not really bothered by the speed but the duration of the contract.
Thanks

look for aol or primus tel.AOl claim is false that it's service works only on specific router ,so don't need to sign for the 12th month contract.please see last post in this link for router settings

I suggest IDNet, their customer service is excellent so when you do come to cancelling it will go smoothly. However, if there's not a current isp on the line you'll have to pay a £48 connection fee (whicheve isp you choose) so having it for just 6 months would hardly seem worth it unless you have a business reason to have it of course.0

Freeola is the obvious choice http://freeola.com/broadband/
They have a three month contract with no cancellation fee and free activation and are only £10 per month for the first three months, then £25 per month.
If three months is too long look at UKFSN http://www.ukfsn.org/home/internet/adsl/maxallowance.html
They have a one month contract, but you will have to pay the activation fee.0
