Bloomin Flowers/Essential England - don't buy from them!

I ordered flowers from Bloomin Flowers (also trade as Essential England). Luckily for me some flowers did get delivered - but the wrong bouquet and to the wrong house - the mistake was discovered 2 days later. I emailed to complain, had no response. I have now tried phoning and none of the phone numbers work. Very dodgy. The company is still registered as active, and obviously some flowers were delivered, but I would never never order from them again. Be warned!!!!

    Hiya,

Since there is not a question in the original post I'll move this one across...

So you ordered flowers and didn't actually recieve them if they went to the wrong address and the item wasn't as described? You may have a cause for a refund here, I aren't up to speed on comsumer law as such but am hoping someone else will help you out. Might be worth giving comsumer direct a call ( and using your local florist next time)
Just had a look at their site, mmmmmmmmm, hope you didn't buy a jug for your flowers at the bargain price of only £160!!!

I have finally had an email offering a refund. Feel guilty ranting about them now! But will definitely be using local florists from now on.

I've had a bad experience from these guys again... They are called "Bloomin British" and also trade as Essential England. Ordered flowers last week for delivery Tuesday. No confirmation of sending the flowers; no flowers arrived on Tuesday or Wednesday; none of their phone numbers (on either websites) work (either ring out or discontinued); when I finally got through to someone they said it was "out of office hours" and they'd get back to me - no one has done; all email addresses on the site (I've tried 3) don't work and bounce back, making me also assume they haven't received my order anyway! When I did speak to someone they were pleasant but haven't called back or emailed to sort anything out. I now can't seem to get hold of anyone at all!

Extremely poor customer service and I'm at a loss as to how to get my £30 back! Is it possible to ask the CC company to refund in this case?

According to Company's House Bloomin British was dissolved last year and incorporated into Essential England.
