TNS TV Measuring thingy!

Given up with TNS, was promised £20 for one trial, never recieved, then did shop and scan, useless, no help, rude, harassing me, never recieved the vouchers I was promised again. Never touching again with a barge pole.

I looked into joining the BARB/TNS panel and when I got no reply through their website I asked my TNS mystery shopping manager who said that the streets they're interested in are picked in advance to make sure they get an even coverage of all areas of the country. Therefore, you can't apply to be on the panel, they have to choose you.

I have been signed up on the volunteer4 website for well over a year and unfortunately I have never been offered to join any panel :-(

Thank you! I have deliberately not given any personal details. I wouldn't want anyone to skew the data by bribing me with a fistful of used fivers to watch their particular programme.

They are both quite different. The regular TNS Panel (also known as My Survey) is an invitation only panel where members are periodically invited to participate in market research studies. Sometimes there will be payment for these surveys in the form of points or prize draws.

The panel I am responsible for, is being set up on behalf of BARB and is designed to provide television audience figures.
