TNS TV Measuring thingy!

Hi, Can anybody help me??!!!
Ok, I know that TNS, who do shop and scan and various other surveying, also do a research by way of monitoring your tv usage...anyone with more info or a link to sign up for this???

If this is the thing where you have a box installed and you have to indicate how many/who is watching TV, my son has one of these and he was contacted by the company. Sorry I don't know of any way you can apply. Not much help really then am I :undecided

I got no box installed.
I get a reminder link sent to my email inbox every morning, it takes me to a survey where I fill in what/if I watched on telly the previous day.
I got no link to offer you but I can contact them and ask if they need any more
people.
I dont get paid for doing these surveys. I get put in a draw each month for Amazon vouchers. But so far I have won 5-10 pound nearly every month since march.
They also do the same thing for people who listen a lot to the radio, asking what station and programs you are listening to.

Edit: I've just sent them a message and asked if they need/want more people and if so how to contact them. I'll let you know as soon as I get an answer.

I do this but am registered with GFK not TNS

its their "what I watch " panel

they also have a "What I buy " panel too

At the moment we recruit a select group of people to take part in this research on the basis of characteristics such as sex, age, level of education and the region where people live. In this way the survey panel forms a good reflection of the UK population, providing us with a reliable impression of what the ‘average’ person thinks about programmes.

If we are looking to recruit further, we may ask you to recommend someone in the future who is willing to participate.

I'm doing this, no idea what for, I get dozens of reminders,and them bugging me to do extra, then sent me out DVDs (really ruined Entourage, couldn't watch it past 5 mins), and can't even remember what its for in the first place o.O

I used the contact us button on the site and told them I know someone who wants to do these kind of surveys (nannis) will she be able to join? The email I got today says :
"Thank you for your e-mail and apologies for the time that it has taken

We will gladly put their name(s) forward to take part."

So I cant refer anyone, but I guess I can put nannis details forward and perhaps she will be contacted....
