Not sure if this is the right place to post? If wrong I apologise.

I have been contacted by BARB/TNS for a viewing panel survey which involves having meters connected to each tv in the household to monitor family members viewing. In return you accrue loyalty points which you can exchange for high street gift vouchers etc.
I was out when the representative called yesterday but she told my son as there were 5 people in our household I could earn £400.
Has anyone heard of this before or signed up to it?
If so, how much am I likely to earn per month etc?
Is it worth having meters connected to each tv in the house?
As she is calling back this evening I would be grateful for some speedy replies!

    Many thanks:confused:

Pigsback: £11.92 (claimed £50 vouchers); Quidco: £143.89; Home of Research: £3.50 (£20 claimed); YouGov: £19.50; Valued Opinions: £5.50 (£10 claimed) Toluna: 29,210 pts (120.000 claimed) Ipoints: 2092 pts and loose change elsewhere!
  • Yes - we have this and recently got a new dishwasher with the vouchers - You get up to £10 a month and can swap the vouchers for argos, boots, M&S, kingfisher, etc. But it doesn't matter how many people or tvs you have, it's the same what ever - but it's no hassle, you have an extra remote with a button per person and you have to press it whenever you start to or stop watching TV and it sends back the info at night when their computer dials your house (silently). You will have to have a meter on every tv, otherwise they won't do it - hope this is helpful

    Cheers for this!
We have a total of 4 tvs, dont know if I want meters all over the house. 1 or 2 not a problem. Might hide the rest!! If you earned £10 per month where did the rep get £400 out of ?? Still undecided, I'll wait and see what she has to say.

Its by invitation only by post then a rep calls at your home. I eventually decided not to do it as I'd hav 4 meters around the house. Slightly regretting now that I didn't sign up!
