I get that message all the time too... or messages telling me the site is being backed up, and 5 minute waits every time I try to read a post. Me thinks this site is way overloaded!0

same here ... the glitch message has been happening for a couple of days now. And when it eventually works, it takes agesssssssss for a page to load .... then won't let me reply to anything ..... so hope this works

Apologies
The MoneySavingExpert.com forums, have a minor glitch. We are aware of the issue and hopefully it will be fixed very soon.
The main site is still up and running with no problems though.

The techie boys are working on the site and have disabled a few facilities to try and help the speed. Hopefully it won't be long before things are speeding along again.
You can of course access the Main Site and have a read of Martin's articles which might help save you some money in 20070 -
The site has been the slowest it has ever been for me tonight. I keep getting "the site is closed for essential maintence" screens, then it will take around 45s to reload after making a post.Happy chappy0
