Oh well perhaps they're just not advertising it anymore! I thought someone on here had said they'd discontinued it a while back but perhaps they are still offering it to new customers at least. There's definitely no harm in asking them
Plus if you do get to go to it it's a pretty easy £25!

Each time I go into my branch there is a big sign up behind them offering £25 for the review, I take great satisfaction in asking them why they continue to offer it if no-one gets their money, maybe people have on here but I know 3 people from my branch that never got their money.0

What form would that be? I thought you already had your financial review? It is unwise to pay too much but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, all you lose is a little money... that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot...it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better (John Ruskin - 19 ctry author, art critic & social reformer)0 -

There is a form to be filled out but my advisor told me that he had already done it when I asked for it at the end. I think he either did them wrong or forgot or something as several people from the same branch haven't got their money. Am thinking of putting a sign up outside to remind other customers to ask if they didn't get their money.0
