    Hi

I have managed to save £100 so my new totals are:
    £900/£1500.

I have £600 to find before 23rd Nov but I have done some extra shifts and am owed some cash so I am getting there! As soon as I get my hands on it I will add it to my total.

    thanks
    Maddie

Hi All…October has been another great month for me in terms of coming in under budget and I’ve been able to throw another £215 at my M&S card today bringing my new total to £480/£400…that’s £80 over target :j. I really thought I’d been ambitious hoping to find an extra £400 in 100 days…but hey presto…I did it!!!
Thanks Amara for running the challenge, it’s put me £480 closer to being debt free.
Well done to everyone on your achievements so far :T

  • £40 for me today taking me to £1170/£2000.

    Total Debt Paid £38109.29/ £40259.24.
  • Thats my total standing at 302.01/300 as of today.

I started this challenge with the thought of saving the 300 pounds as that would give me a little for emergencies. But as is the law of sod, I have got a water rates bill for 400 ish pounds so i guess these will have to be paid.
I will not have to panic thought as I have the lions share put away ready to pay. Without this challenge I would have been worrying about how it was going to get paid.
I have also pulled my finger out with coming up with ways of making little amounts of money that has all added up slowly but surly. opinion sites being the easiest way of making small amounts, that I would never have bothered with before.
i will be on the next challenge again with the same goal in mind.......savings,,,,just a little would make me happy, perhaps split it next time, half for unexpected bills half for saving.
Good luck to everyone else, I know I would not have done this without the added support of reading everyone's posts jogging each other along.

    Fran xx
