Thailand - best way to take money?

Hi
Can someone give me some advice - travelling to Thailand later on in the year and am looking at ways to take money.
I have a Halifax Reward Account and have heard that this is expensive to use out in Thailand.
I also have Halifax Master Card and Egg Visa Credit Cards.
So was looking at getting a Pre Paid card for withdrawing cash out of ATMs.
Is it best to do this or just use my credit card and pay it all off when I get back home?
HELP!

Be aware that in Thailand, the ATMs charge an extra 150 baht(£3) per withdrawal. This is in addition to whatever your bank will charge.
Is your Halifax Mastercard a Clarity card? Perhaps you should look into getting the Clarity card as it's a much better option.
Take some cash with to change when you arrive and look out for AEON ATMs as they don't apply the 150 baht charge.0
