    The D&G cover states:

Your protection plan protects you for the repair carried out on your TV plus a years breakdown cover(they have cancelled this now so given back the first months payment if it's ben taken already)

I hope that the repair of your LG TV was carried out successfully.Unfortunately we are unable to honour protection plans for appliances which cannot be repaired by our engineers at the initial repair stage.

They have given me a Repair Protection plan

None of that makes any sense.

If they provide a repair cover, but say they cannot cover it if they can't fix it, what is the point of the cover?

Is this cover taken out after the set broke down?
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark
