Vent - Debenhams Weddings

:mad:Just have to get this off my chest, so angry do I feel! :mad:
We're getting married on september 10th this year, and decided to use debenhams weddings for our stationary (i.e thank you cards, place cards, invites, orders of service). BIG GODDAMN MISTAKE.
It took them 4, yes FOUR attempts to get our invites and thank you cards right - from incorrect spelling to wrong stationary fonts - even though I sent them a copy of EXACTLY how I wanted them to do it - using their template! This took over a month to get right - no apologies or anything.
We ordered orders of service seperately once this was all done - had to use Debenhams Weddings as we wanted to keep the stationary design the same for everything....
Well....again the stupid !!!!!!s took more than 2 attempts to get it right, I resorted to walking through every single word over the phone in the end, instead of just amending their proofs over the internet, as they were thoroughly incompetent in using my amended proofs the first time round!
NOW guess what...they delivered our second batch of thank you cards (which we ordered with the orders of service) but no orders of service with it....I phoned them up....the girl on the phone said sorry, but they've discontinued that template for the orders of service. I nearly screamed down the phone at that point, as they had emailed me a few days ago to tell me that everything had been dispatched...no emails or calls to say the templates have been discontinued....
Anyway the person on the phone passed me to a manager, who advised me the only option for me is to change the order of services template as they can't get any more of that design....so I'm stuck with a compeltely different design for them .
Oh and I have to resend them the wording for the orders of service as they have lost them!!!!!! :mad: I'm so stressed out and upset about this - it's not long til the wedding...!!!!!
Didn't get any kind of apology, or offer of a discount, or anything from the manager either - she didn't give a monkeys!
I will never be using this company again. I'm so thoroughly upset at the whole thing.
They didn't even APOLOGISE for crying out loud.

I did all mine myself using Vistaprint and was really impressed.
I had everything matching, and even had adorable little "Save the date" fridge magnets made.
It was cheap as chips too.
It might be worth looking into as you can upload your own designs, so you could get some matching orders of service0 -

Wish we'd done that! I'm so stressed out over the blinking stationary now!

I hope you manage to sort it all out!
Failing that, see if you can get them to re-do everything to match. (the prospect may make them cack themselves enough to magically find the templates for the original design...)0 -
I know exactly how you feel about them. I done a huge order before my wedding for things after being fobbed off so many times about delivery date. I had to go in to town the day before the wedding replace the items ! Also I ordered my stationary from "mandalay" I have nothing from praise for them everything looked amazing !! and they done it super fast for me.0
