  • I also had a friend that same from Ware, Hertfordshire!

    In Ware there is a cafe called 'Ware to Eat', a general store called 'Ware to Shop', a wig shop called 'Hair to Ware', and a house named 'Ware House'....

    I should have remembered Fingringhoe as that was quite close to where we lived in Essex before our recent move to Wilts. I nearly peed my panties when I first saw that on a road-sign, lol!

    There is a local estate agent Cockburn's, ok I know you don't prounounce it as !!!! burn, but that is how it always jumps off the page at me. eeewwww, I don't want to deal with any slimy EA that also has !!!! burn.
