Your dad sounds just like my mum and dad Souk! They basically eat beef, chicken or sausages with something potatoey, peas or baked beans and either gravy or ketchup as appropriate.
Both me and my sister will try anything once, and like food with sauces... maybe it's just a generation thing....0 -
Hmm I suppose I could be classed as a fussy eater, but that is because I have a fatal nut allergy and so peanuts and all tree-nuts (including oils) are off the menu for me
Other than that I eat pretty much anything, although I prefer vegetarianDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Actually not too bad! We have a few restaurants that we trust, the worst actually is eating at other peoples houses, in case they shop at Mr T's who seem to have a blanket "may contain nuts" policy

Dragon thats not fussy! I'm talking about someone who wants carrrots, but only if they're tinned and 'doesn't mind' chilli but wont eat the sweetcorn/beans!!! You know the sort who were brought up eating rubbish but act like they're doing you a favour eating proper food that you've paid for and sweated over.'The road to a friends house is never long'0

Sausage and mash is good - but even that would get dull each day!
I have been trying to think of something I don't like... all I can come up with is Oysters, and that's to do with how they feel in your mouth, not the taste....0 -
What is the cows udder stuff you eat with vinegar? Eldar is it? My parents used to make me eat that!
.
My Nan used to eat that - but we where never expected too
Anyone tried savoury flapjacks - my kids love them - and friends. Often make a big batch if having a get together. When I find recipe ( cos I do it all by eye now) I will post on here. From the Cranks recipe book if anyone has itBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

It was *allegedly* a treat!
I freely admit to being very fussy about what I eat. I basically don't like cooked toms, pasta, couscous, bulgar, anything wholemeal, pulses, rice, offal, any MRM based products like mince or sausages, and lots of other common stuff for which I blame my mother.
