Payday loan companies can and will take money directly out of your account. This will have been in the small print when you signed up to them. There is useful advice on the Debt-free Wanabee board on how to best deal with them.0

Signing up to a fee-charging dmc isnt really in your best interests,
have you thought about going back to cccs and explaining that you've lost your job and could no longer meet their re-payment plan.
Or even better taking control back into your own hands, the money that you're paying this DMC with could be spent repaying your creditors - I'm sure the debt managment board would be able to help you to come up with a realisitic SOA / monthly budget, there's no point in trying to live off less than you can manage and there's probaly template letters that you can use to write to your creditors explaining how much you have left over every month and splitting it pro-rata.Snootchie Bootchies!0
