Vodafone will launch itself into the broadband market next Monday.
It has teamed up with BT to roll out Vodafone At Home, offering customers unlimited broadband and inclusive landline calls to any UK landline, plus 25% off calls to mobiles for £25 a month.
The operator will roll the service out nationwide, claiming it will cover 97% of the UK population. This puts it ahead of its main rivals in terms of coverage. Carphone Warehouse's TalkTalk and Sky's broadband packages currently have more limited availability while they continue to develop their networks.
Customers will additionally be able to opt for broadband whilst on the move by buying a half-price Vodafone Mobile Connect USB Modem, so that they can use Vodafone's 3G broadband network from a laptop.
