Cardiff house prices.

What a classic on HPC...:rotfl:
I've been wanting to buy a new family home for the last 2 years, but nothing has come up. Finally, the house of my dreams is available, recently on the market. Good area, 3 bed detached but priced about 200k over my budget. It's sitting empty, Needs updating because who has an avocado bathroom suite these days? What on earth is going on!!!!!!!!! mad.gif

Let's have it right. This moron has rented for 2 years believing the HPC rubbish about a big crash. He finds the house of his dreams then discovers he's 200k short.:rotfl:

You couldn't make it up.

If that wasn't bad enough.
After all their slagging off the Daily Express.

Now they want to join forces and sign a petition.
Was going to post this last week along similar lines. We need to get over our Daily Express bile and join forces with them on this one. You can't let millions of extra people into the UK and not have it put an upward pressure on rents and downward pressure on wages.

The wheels have finally come off over there. :rotfl:

You may mock but I know just how they feel.

The house of my dreams was bought the other day after 7 months on the market. I just couldn't raise the £2m in time.

    IT'S SO UNFAIR.

    No Graham.
You don't like it because you are one of the people who hoped for a crash.

As you don't want to trade up or sell it makes me wonder why.
Do you just want to see people lose what they worked for and why?

Quite why these morons keep starting threads on this site about stuff said on another site is pathetic and tedious.
