Thought I'd resurrect this thread as I'm in the process of claiming and can see not many co-op bank threads

    Claim Sent : 14 Feb
    Claim Received/Signed For : 16th Feb
    Acknowledgement letter : 24th Feb 2012 (letter date : 21st Feb)

Will update as things progress, from what bits I have picked up from the site Coop are actually pretty quick at processing claims

    Update :

    23 March : Goodwill payment offer of over £6000 arrives : )

Was quoted within 20 working days for payment, waited until 21 working days after coop received my confirmation letter and still no credit to my account.

Phoned coop first thing in the morning and enquired about payment, lovely lady apologised for the delay and said she would get it authorised and paid today.

Received a call at 1550 hrs the same day saying payment has been made, just checked and lo and behold it has!!!!:T:T
