    Started - 7th June 2011

2 x acceptance letters received by Natwest 21/09
1 x acceptance letter received by Natwest 06/10
1 x rejection letter - No PPI (fair enough, obviously came to my senses at some point!)

Payment due 28 working days for 2 (31st Oct) told today by PPI team that payments are running over that day due to backlog!
I will be claiming (or attempting!) £6 per day for each repayment until received AFTER the 28 days has elapsed.
My bank account is overdrawn, so currently being charged the same by them.
Lets see what they make of that!!

    Hi there
RBS / Natwest are running at least 2 weeks behind with payments. This has been told to many of us who have called them over the last week. Hopefully it is only 2 weeks and doesnt start to get worse. They wont commit to any payment date if you call which is a worry but we can only cross our fingers and hope.
    Cheers.

Because nobody has had it in the actual 28 working days. Cannot find anyone who has actually had a PPI refund from them at all. I am currently on 33 days myself and some people are on about 38 days with nothing received. They are near on impossible to contact on the phone and when you do get through to them you get the same old flannel off them everytime.:mad::mad:

I think it is time to take action and start complaining to Watchdog.
