After 12months on Tesco Broadband

Hi All,

Looking for some advice here....been with Tesco Broadband for 12months now on their reduced unlimited usage tarrif (£3 discount a month for taking their home phone service). This is now expired and i am fee to continue or move. Does anyone have any experience of negotiating with Tesco to extend the discounted offer with a threat of moving to another provider?

Was paying £15 a month now going up to £18 a month.

Any advice appreciated.

Just remember that if you're locked into a 12 month contract there's not much you can do if something goes wrong. I'd really advise against 12 month contracts when it comes to BB as so much can go wrong and if it does you don't have much ammo to kick your isp us the a*s i.e. "Get it sorted or I walk"
