What interest rate are you getting?

Current Account - Nationwide 0%?
Cash Isa - Santander 3.3%
Other - Ratesetter 4.2% - 4.5%

I just upgraded my account with Santander to a zero account, and it is suppose to pay 5% interest, but they told me i would only get 1% because i upgraded my account and wasn't a new customer. Even though it says nowhere on the site that it excludes existing customers.

It's quite well hidden, but if you have a look HERE on page 4, it mentions that it's 5% introductory or 1% if an existing customer transferring.

I do always read the small print, just not the small print in another document not specifically relevant to what i'm looking for at the time.:p
