vodafone top up online not working

hi trying to top my mums phone up online and its not working , tried her card and mine and still no luck. need it topped up by tomorrow as vodafone family £7 comes out and she hasnt got enough credit..any one else having problems

I have not been able to top uponline with them for the last 4-5months, theres always an error with their system that they are looking into.

Can you get to a supermarket or 24 hour convenience store that sells top ups?

mum said she would do that tomorrow,but she has only recently started using mobile so hopefully she can do it.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the top up service online.

If you visit here, at the bottom of the page it will show you all the different ways you can top up. It may be worth trying an alternative.
