I pay £10 an hour- we have a one bed flat, me and the OH, we have her for 2.5 hours a week as we both work well over 40 hours a week and I'm studying for my MA whilst OH helps run a charity in his spare time. What time is left we want for ourselves. Wrestled with the idea for a few weeks but was tired of having to clean/get OH to clean in the evenings. No fights since we had a cleaner!!!!

AM monitoring for a few weeks and will then reduce to 2 hours a week.

I use an agency, they charge £10 an hour, but I can off set it against tax.

    Hi,

This is Tod's wife. The cleaner gets taxis paid , meals when here & all cleaning products!
I assume you pay the tax and NI due as she clearly isn't self-employed?
