you would need a PCI graphics card for the Dell system as they don't have an AGP slot.

And the most powerful card you will get in PCI mode is a geForce FX5200 - try Misco - they've got the PNY FX5200 online at £34.06+delivery at the minute. I paid £44 for these from PC World a couple of weeks ago and thought that was a good price.
Buy it at this link http://!!!!!!.com/467qw
Just remember if you are putting a graphics card into one of these machines - after you have installed the card and then installed the drivers you have to disable the on-board graphics from inside Windows Control Panel, otherwise you will spend 2 hours of a Sunday afternoon trying to work out why your screen is blank. Believe me - I know!!!

Last day of free delivery folks so hurry those last minute orders up!!
  • It was mentioned fleetingly at the start of this thread - but don't forget you can also get cashback on Dell purchases reducing the price a bit further.
  • I've ordered one of these systems, I also opted for the DVD drive just in case

    Thanks to the OP

it's got a network card onboard, not wireless, but ethernet. To use broadband you'll need a broadband modem, which will plug into a usb port, or a modem so that you can share the connection with more than 1 computer.
No reliance should be placed on the above.
