Mornign all, I have an old phone on orange, and yesterday my new rio was delivered from the orange shop, I tried to put sim in, it says inactive sim, so I call customer services 4 times (25p a go grrrr) the man says he has sorted it and for me to wait an hour, well that was yesterday, my old orange phone now is showing as inactive sim, my credit on it has been wiped. my new phone is inactive sim, so I cant call customer services. Anyone have any ideas??/
I am able to get to an orange shop on wed but I really need a mobile as We are in middle of nowhere and no public phones for emergencys etc.

Email them with all the details and they might get back to you

I would suspect, your old sim number is being transferred over to the new sim ? If you asked for that, otherwise its just the usual delay in activating sims, particularly over weekends. So you may be waiting till Monday.0 -
Bear in mind that you need to turn the phone off and on periodically until the new SIM registers on the network.0
