Card for travelling

Hi Everyone!

I am going travelling in November and need a card that doesn't charge you for withdrawing funds from an ATM or using while away..

What is the best card for this?
I have applied for Halifax clarity credit card but got declined, so preferably i dont want a credit card..
Anybody know?

yes i have the funds for travelling i just need a card to put the funds on so i dont get charged everytime i use it..
