    Afternoon!

Well, I ended up drinking last night :o got a bit drunk :o and even played "Pin the manhood on the hunk " and apraently even had a dance. I am too frightened to turn my camera on, lol! It was a lovely night, and they were loud and lairy, but mostly just very funny and it was great to see everyone rally round my sister, she's a great girl, and you could see that from all the love she got from everyone. There were a few tears too, but it was a night filled with a lot of laughter. Sore head today though :rotfl:

Off out this afternoon with OH and the boys to finally sort these kilts out. Then I am getting organised to carboot tomorrow. OS will be tidying up while I find stuff to sell this afternoon/evening.
    Morning

    Today - Jetwash patio,

SIX times I read this trying to figure out what a Jewish patio is  :rotfl: :rotfl:

Jackie, I had to laugh at the vision of you intimidating the bank manager :) hope your cold gets better soon. xx

Happy Birthday to Anniestar, hope its a great year for you Ann and you make those changes you've promised yourself. :bdaycake:

That's all folks, have a wonderful day!

    Hi eveyone,

Happy birthday Anniestar. I hope you have a wonderful day.

Have a good holiday NPM, I hope you manage to relax.

Cranky, I had to smile at the houseelf - he does indeed sound very cute, I bet he's hard to resist.

I'm being very lazy today. I've just watched Rebecca Adlington win her goldmedal - I feel like I've got a connection because she was going out with my cousin's son for several years.

    Afternoon gang,

Hope this finds everyone well and happy.

Thank you all so much for your kind messages and good wishes. You are all:A:A

    Have done very little.

DH and I had some words last night but all ok now(more or less) DH got in a right strop as we got stuck in horrrific traffic chaos(hours to do a journey that normally takes 15 minutes at the very worst)

However I'm thinking the poor people involved in the plane crash didn't do it to inconvienence my husband.

Anyway, I got some lovely pressies off him A beautiful Le Cruset Pitcher in orange(my fave colour); a JosephJoseph fold up chopping board again in orange:j and a device that openes jars bottles and stuff like htat. I had been looking at some of the companies products on QVC and he must have clocked the look of lust (how sad am I that gadgets do it for me now:D)

I also had an ABBA C.D. and a hystericially funny book(the fe!!in'guide (its NOT a swear word honest)to love its an Irish seriesof books on loads of topics) from my friend Cat who I got to know via MSE.

Currently I am playing wall to wall Level 42 just because I want to;)

    Other than that not much.:cool::cool:

Again thank you so much for your kind thoughts and the friendship and support you give to me. I am very lucky.

You give me courage and strenth.

    NPM Have a fantastic holiday.

Sistercas am rembering both your DD and the poor boy in my prayers.

    Jackie G

Jackie O I think you should contact the public relations dept at Liverpool and I bet they would help. As they strive for no 19:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Anyway, I am having difficulty concentrating as I have the most perfect music in the world on.

Have a lovely evening and once again, thank you.

    Ann xxxx

Evening everyone from Cape Town - just managed to get an SA dongle and then just managed to get it working on my laptop.

Haven't kept up with happenings, though I gather that there is a birthday today - happy returns AS - and other stuff which I need to back a couple of days to work out exactly.

It's dark already in CT as it's winter here. My hotel is in the Waterfront area which is buzzing with life but I am ensconced in my hotel with a glass of chilled white wine.

I'm on a business trip which makes it all the better. Today my hosts took me to see Table Mountain - cable car was closed for maintenance today and tomorrow (I go back to J'burg tomorrow). Then we went to the Castle of Good Hope (steeped in history!) but that too was closed for maintenance! :rotfl: Got some great pics of the mountain and the bay and of the castle to persuade me to come back for a non-business trip one day.

Sorry I haven't read too much but hope that everyone has their head above water and keeping OK.
