You need to send a letter to

    BISCIT INTERNET LTD.
    BERKELEY HOUSE,
    HIGH STREET
    EDGWARE
    MIDDLESEX
    HA8 7RP

That's what I did after many many emails were ignored and lots of telephone busy ring tones. Strange thing is they don't take money from me anymore and I got an extra payment back off them but I can still use the free dial up which is still live.
    Best of luck!

Hi, colinw, did you get a reply from v21 or did they just stop taking the money etc? Just to add to your advice and as I posted earlier, my bank advised that I send the letter to V21 by recorded delivery and if money continues to be taken they (the bank) will take up the issue with v21.

I got no reply off them. A couple of days after I sent the letter though my access to the members portal ceased and I also got £8.99 paid back into my credit card account. That was an overpayment for October. They have not taking any more payments since but strangely I can still connect with the v21dial up. Don't need that anymore though as I am now with Telewest. :j
