Amazon & Price Drops?

Hi
I had the same issue with a TV I bought a few months back - 2 days after it was delivered they sent me a promo email which featured the TV I had bought at a new price. They refunded me the difference rather than have me return the TV and then re-order it as it costs them to process returns.
Drop customer services an email and ask them if you should return the item and then re-order it, or if they will just refund you the difference. They will send you some blurb about not matching prices, but should then in the same email confirm that they will refund the difference in this instance.
Hope that helps.0 -

I think the general consensus is Amazon are a pretty good retailer to deal with, most of the time, and there are plenty of options open to you. Good luck.0
