I managed to get through well enough earlier this week, and last. Granted there was about a half hour wait on hold...

I am on hold right now so Naf is right - keep going!! Mind you my WTC has gone down from 50£ a month to 8£ and I only earn just over the minimum wage, and I work full time! What am I doing wrong apart from being totally honest with my claim....

I've been cut off once this morning, and just cut off again now.
I couldn't do mine earlier as have just had final figures confirmed by the accountant after a query. I made 8 calls between 11.49 and now, and got through. So I'm all done.
