I've been having this problem too. What pees me off is that it cuts you off after 3mins of listening to all their automated messages and select options.

I know this might sound stupid and Im not looking to get flamed but why are you ringing up so late, surely if it is to renew or to change something you have had nearly a month to do so, and I know martin has sent emails and also on this site saying everyone needs to contact them sooner rather than later. I apprecaite that you may have contacted them and this is for something else, maybe if you gave more info we could see if there is another avenue to follow.
