Collecting travel money at airport

Going to Turkey in 17 days (and counting), haven't sorted spending money out yet but Travelex seem to be offering the best rate. Want to take cash, not a card, and they offer 2 options- delivered (not at home in the week, delivery to work not viable), or collect at airport (E Midlands in our case). Question is, not having done this before, is collection at airport ok/ safe? Any pitfalls to watch out for?
Just because you used to be you think everybody else is, don't you?

Consider Travelex Cash Passport Globe ordered via Top Cashback for pickup at the airport.
As long as Turkish ATMs don't charge for cash withdrawals, the rate you will receive will be much better than any exchange rate you will receive with them at the airport.

If you are happy to stick with the cash regardless of the rate, airport pickup is fine.

There is nothing wrong with picking up at the airport. You order and pay online, take your printed confirmation to Travelex at the airport, and they hand over your order. Simple. But do make sure you order online beforehand, as the walk-up rate at the airport will be a lot worse than the website rate.

Also, if you are paying with a debit card, depending on what bank you are with, they mary charge a comission on the transaction, Martin's Travel Money article has more details on this.

I've ordered several times from Travelex and picked up at Heathrow and never had a problem.

Good advice from bagand96 but would also just add that each time I have collected, Travelex have wanted to see my bank debit card which I used to purchase the currency. I think they state this when you order.

Also, just check opening times for their desk at EMA.
