The cash thing is slightly annoying, but shouldn't cause me a problem, any cash or cheques I have will usually be destined for savings or paying off debts anyway so I can put them in my nationwide account. Otherwise I am quite happy with the account, online access is good, telephone banking seems OK (only used to activate account) - go for it!0

I telephoned the new applicant line this morning to chase up my application. I have to say I was very impressed with them, very knowledgable and pleasant to speak to. Lets hope every dealing with them is as easy!0

I called yesterday to request a chequebook, expecting the usual that all banks give people like me, was suprised, they just said sure i'll order that for you & today here it is! No guarantee card but as they said I can apply in three months to see if I can have one & i'm confident they'll give me one cause unlike other banks they seem fair & to not treat people in debt like second class citizens! Anyways the cheque book will be useful for paying bills & save me paying out on postal orders! Very happy here

I can't stop looking at this card that doesn't have the words "For Electronic Use Only" printed on it anywhere!
Never thought I'd see one of these again! LOL0 -

I got my card today! So pleased.
Very helpful to speak to when activating, offered to order my cheque book for me there and then as well as aking if I'd like some paying in stationary.
Got my first £1500 winging it's way over from Natwest now, should be there in the next few days and we (it's a joint account) can look forward to sensible banking!
Would recommend to anyone.£2 Coin Savers Club (Christmas)- £86£1 Jar (Christmas)- £29Christmas Vouchers Saved: £1450 -
