Chili con carne recipe from weightwatchers?

Options
I used to love doing this but I seem to have lost my book with the recipe!!! Wanted to make it tomorrow evening so thought I'd ask if anyone here might have it lying about :)

If not then I'll just have to improvise ;) lol

    22g extra lean minced beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove
    175g carrots diced
    1 red pepper de-seeded
    1 green pepper de-seeded
    175g courgettes diced
    150g button mushrooms
    1 tablespoon mild chilli powder
    1 teaspoonground coriander
    3 tablespoons tomato puree
    4 tablespoons red wine
    300ml beef stock
    400g canned chopped tomatoes
    22g canned red kidney beans
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper.
  • As a variation, you make like to try adding mixed beans for variety. I shouldn't think it changes the WW value but makes a nice change.

PS. I don't add anything like those ingredients into my chilli con carne!

    Mince
    Beans
    Onion
    Tomatoes
    Peppers
    Chilli
    All Spice
    Cinnamon

I like adding a bit of hot chocolate (a good one) to my chili sauce, I did that originally from a ww recipe for veg chili along with cinnamon and chili powder and its delicious
