I used to love doing this but I seem to have lost my book with the recipe!!! Wanted to make it tomorrow evening so thought I'd ask if anyone here might have it lying about

22g extra lean minced beef
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
175g carrots diced
1 red pepper de-seeded
1 green pepper de-seeded
175g courgettes diced
150g button mushrooms
1 tablespoon mild chilli powder
1 teaspoonground coriander
3 tablespoons tomato puree
4 tablespoons red wine
300ml beef stock
400g canned chopped tomatoes
22g canned red kidney beans
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper.0 -
As a variation, you make like to try adding mixed beans for variety. I shouldn't think it changes the WW value but makes a nice change.
PS. I don't add anything like those ingredients into my chilli con carne! :eek:

I like adding a bit of hot chocolate (a good one) to my chili sauce, I did that originally from a ww recipe for veg chili along with cinnamon and chili powder and its deliciousNever let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0
