Need a little help here guys ..I bought my pay as you go mobile nokia N8 in April and I took it into the shop as the charging mechanism wouldnt work. They said they would send it off to be fixed free of charge. I waited nearly 3 weeks and was then told they had lost my phone!!! Do i qualify for a new phone or a refurb?? Need to know my right before I go to collect. Thanks guys I know you can help me XX

Hi, I cannot answer your specific question but if you have any more warranty issues with the N8 try www.eblast.co.uk rather than taking it into a shop.
I had a problem a couple of months ago, I sent the mobile off at 11.45am on the monday by special delivery and it was returned back to my house ,repaired, by 10.15 on the wednesday !!!!
There was no charge and they paid the return special delivery costs.0
