p.s. i think double mummys idea of a mix between the two is great. using a mix of teams and tracks and corners would be great, and should give you enough gem links if you think creatively i am sure.
we are going with monopoly streets!0 -
white sapphire, was the football pitches one in london? when we went to see our venue set up for a wedding the table names were football pitches!
No, it was in Bristol. It was one of those weddings where it looked like the majority of the decorations were the bride's idea, so it was nice to see that the groom had some input as well!

we're having herb names (Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary, etc)
and if we can source decent-quality images, we'll probably have pictures from the old kids' TV show "The Herb Garden" as well as a pot plant of each of the herbs in questionLife on a shoestring!0 -

I loved the herb garden! Parsley the lion et al. Monopoly streets is also very cool. I wanted to have scrabble letter racks with the table names or as place settings but it takes a lot of scrabble sets to get enough!0

Thank you all for all your brilliant ideas. I am really warming to my OH's idea of F1 (car theme) The idea of having name cards cut out as cicuits is a nice idea as well.
It may not be to everyone's taste but I want to include my OH in as much as possible.
