orange upgrade?

iam in 7th month of a 12 month orange contract,but hate the fone i have,does anyone know if i can upgrade my fone for another,if i stay with orange?

    As far as im aware after the 9th month of a 12month contract you can start talking to them about an upgrade. Think it does vary depending on the tariff your on, but worth a call to talk to them.

    It depends how much you spend each month on your phone.

    When I was on Orange, I used to get an upgrade every 6 months, as I regularly spent over £100 (this before I came here, obviously!)

    However, if you spend less than £50 a month, they will charge you an upgrade fee as well as the cost of a new phone.
