exactly do you think we will ever get to the stage where weve done all bookies?
Maybe one day. But there are literally hundreds more. The US market has tonnes but obviously they are a bit iffy at the moment.
But when they are done there are enough existing customer offers to keep a nice flow of cash coming in.
Then there are the risk involved ones like casino bagging etc. I've made a few hundred from this but it is possible to lose! :think:0 -
have only tried the virgin one for casinos dont feel confident enough yet to try any more.... will need to start looking for more bookies soon but i think i will enjoy the break i was at it hammer and tongs there for a while...i do like the occasional freebies though but for some reason i very rarely get them i think i'm lucky if ive had 10 since i started ...i call coral the bookie that likes to keep giving though to hubby (i think they are my fav bookies lol)0

Once you've been doing it for a while and have done plenty of bookies obivously the offers become more and more.
Betdirect are notorious for there freebies. And Coral often come up with the odd one.
It's such easy money I just wish more people would do it!0 -
Your really knocking down the debt. I wish I had found out about match betting sometime ago before got involved on the online poker sites.
These days I know I cant even to the risk of trying match betting as I have realised suffer from a gambling problem but wish you all the best with it. £3k isnt nothing to be sniffed and if you can do what donglemouse has done you could clear your entire debtOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 297 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0 -

Hi Elantan,
Just read and replied to her post. I became hooked last year playing poker and within one year got myself deeper into debt. Its NOT about the financial impact though its the mental damage that it can cause. I think myself as a pretty responsible person and if it can effect me it can effect anyone lol.
If you bet everyday it doesnt mean that you are a compulsive gambler. It is a fun activity for the majority. But just like everything else gambling can be used to alter your feelings and can be abused.
Dont think that my debts are all down to gambling as there not. luckily I caught myself before it was to late . As a compulsive gambling it doesnt matter if I won a million, It would never be enough. A compulsive gambler cannot stop when there winning as they will always want more and if they are loosing they chase the lossess.
I think your on safe ground but if you ever feel you may have a problem dont be scared to pick up the phone and call for help or even send me a PM
Anyway. thats enough of hijacking SS's diary lolOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 297 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0 -

Hi SS
Big WELL DONE on getting closer to under £18k :T I've been overpaying as much as possible and am now under £20k, although I've not updated my sig yet - will wait till the normal DDs come out this month. Dead chuffed with myself, but must try harder to keep up with you!
Also, fab that you've made around £3k on matched betting. I stalled at around £1,200 - ran out of bookies, apart from the 10% bonus bet ones and I couldn't be fagged depositing £100 for a £10 free bet, taking into account the cost of "earning" the free bet versus what you win from that £10 free bet... Just laziness on my part...
I've been spreading the word about MB'ing, though. Yes, it's pretty complex to get your head round it, but once you've placed a few bets it's really straightforward!
Anyway - just off to make a brew. Hope your testes have dried off since this morning£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months
Finally debt free!0 -
thanks crown and i know ss likes a bit of company lol0

My only regret is that I didn't perservere with it the first time I read it. Must have been 10 months before I sat down properly and got the hang of it!
I don't think anyone would scoff at £3k so I don't understand why people won't stick with it until it makes sense.
Print it out and take it step by step. Don't move on to the second step before you understand the first. Any problems you know where I am?
Aww thank you babes.
I will have a read and see if it becomes any clearerIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
