    ss, if I were you I'd want to take the 11k redundancy money and get another job. You could get rid of the Tesco loan! And surely you could get a higher paying job straight away. What's stopping you?

    I had the same problem about my job years ago and spent my time between dreading having to leave and thinking about what a brilliant new adventure it would be if I did! In the end it didn't happen and I ended up staying until my contract finished but at the time I was all over the place until the situation was resolved. Good luck and hope it works out well.

    To be honest, I like my job. As for getting a higher paid job! :undecided
