Right SS,
I am sitting on the fence with this one...
I think you maybe should just wait a bit longer to get your super duper fishing stuff to see if you really really really want it...
Will you be happy or sad with your choice?
You will have to live with it....
Bunny xEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
I like your matched betting idea SS. That way you get the fishing stuff but not use your debt money to pay for it.0

I like it to GirlRacer...

It's set then!
Am I allowed to use the £200 I've already made in the last few weeks? :think:0 -
No.
You must buy me and GR a box of chocolates for solving your problem...I love Hotel Chocolat stuff-and a few Bubble Bars from Lush wouldn't go amiss...

Ooooh I'll have anything Cadbury's as long as there's no raisins in it!!!
C'mon Bunny don't be too hard on him. Let him use the £200 he's already got....0 -

I want to buy something for fishing that is gonna cost me about £400. Now I don't need it, but it will definately help me catch more!
I don't know whether I'm looking for peoples approvals or looking for people to tell me it's a bad idea.
I've wanted one for a long time now so it's not a whim (sp).
I have got the money for it if I was to purchase it. It just means it wouldn't go towards the debts and that makes me feel guilty! :undecided
SS,
Throw it at your debts, I really can't imagine you're any good at anything elseOnly joking, what's your P.B??

You trying to get my debt diary closed?:rotfl:
25lb 8oz!
What about you? You an angler then?
By the way, I appreciated the honesty of your post earlier. I don't think the thread warranted being deleted. As far as I could see there was only one poster trying to put the cat among the pigeons but hey, too late now. :beer:0 -

Yes, we used to go at least once a week until things got really bad; a three generation thing, grandad, dad & son. Problem was we always used to cheat when it came to weighing the fish so it's always been a three way dispute, but the truth was that we all caught fish of around 25lbs but never broke the 30lbs barrier.
I think most of us have good intentions, it's sometimes difficult to fully appreciate another person's experiences and understand why they do or say the things they do. My praise of the DFW Board was 100% genuine and I still think the same.
Time for a night cap :beer:0
