Wellllll... we complete on the new house tomorrow so by the end of the week I will be almost debt free. I think I'll be short of a couple of K but that's cool, means I still have a valid reason to hang around here. It hasn't quite sunk in yet

I can't wait to catch up with all my old DFW mates :j
