I was kinda hoping you had the ability to remember both of your posts.
Ah well.
I'm now kinda wondering how your original comment relates to the post you have now quoted.
I'll repost the message trail to help you (with your comment now attached to the correct post):Graham_Devon wrote: »-0.1% or +0.1% and this thread would be 7 pages long by now with bickering
0% is just boring!
Stagnation doesn't work well for either bears or bulls, but for those of us who are quietly enjoying our homes and feverishly paying down our mortgages, it's perfect.
Trying to figure out how 1 to 2% monthly falls, or indeed 5 to 7% annual falls equal stagnation.
To recap. I was agreeing with Graham that a 0% movement figure from the Land Registry doesn't result in too much argument/debate from either bear or bull. I have no idea what you are talking about (as per usual).0 -

What you were doing was gloating about "stagnation", round about the time you were querying significant falls in a number of regions.
I will post both quotes , as you seem to find it difficult to pull together the parts of this intricate davinci code like puzzle. Some of those YoY values are quite large. does anyone know what the YoY figures were for the previous year?
Especially for the worst hit:
Wales: +2.8% MoM ;-4.4% YoY
North West: -1% MoM ;-5.2% YoY
North East: -2.1% MoM ;-7.1% YoYStagnation doesn't work well for either bears or bulls, but for those of us who are quietly enjoying our homes and feverishly paying down our mortgages, it's perfect.
I was highlighting, rightly, that significant falls aren't exactly what you might call stagnation. Thats before you add inflation.0 -

No. what I was doing was agreeing with Graham that a static land registry figure doesn't cause much of an argument/discussion betwixt Bears and Bull, but that it was no bad thing for the rest of us.
The rest of your post is gibberish. As usual.0 -

Yes, you are wrong. I can't be held accountable for your persecution complex. This is the reason I insisted you quoted my text correctly so that we could see how you were about to try and twist what I had said to meet your own VI.
If you were actually remarking about an earlier post, then perhaps you should have quoted that one? Why not have another go? Three times a charm?
EDIT: Oh! you have gone back and edited your post but you have simply joined two unconnected posts together to try and prove your point. Tragic.0 -
Yes, you are wrong.
Really. Lets see.
Significant falls:

Check.
Nope. Can't see how I'm wrong.

Perhaps you should work on your ability to remember what it is you saying in any one discussion.

Sorry what? Do you mean that edit which was about 90 seconds after my first draft.
Oh, its a conspiracy.:rotfl:

I think I'll join you with that joe.

You can't win an argument with someone who will be posting non-stop for for the next 54 hours.
Wait til Monday and a small amount of normality comes back.
